When receiving an inbound call, you now have the choice to see on the dialer pad what option the customer has chosen instead of seeing the input numbers of the options menu. This will give you a better reference of the option the customer chose instead of having to memorize the IVR options.

For more security, you can now control and specify accessibility to Maqsam through certain IP addresses. Should you wish to activate the following feature, please contact Maqsam Customer Success. 

Admins can now view the agents' last 24-hour activity from the Agents page on Maqsam. A timeline section will be visible on every agent show page with the dialer state and timestamp.

We have updated our phonebook with a "High Priority" toggle that allows you to mark your VIP customers. This will give these customers priority on the inbound calling queue over other callers.

We are continuously improving Maqsam, but it's not always easy to figure out what's new.
